I set up an account for my new born son so that my wife and I could post messages to him and then give him the log in details when he was old enough (I think I got the idea from a Microsoft advert!). However, because I dont really log into the account, I have discovered that it has been cancelled. Is there a way to get in touch with Microsoft to re-open it?
