I opened a new outlook.com email about an year ago, and have been accessing it regularly, both on the web as well as through my Microsoft Outlook 2010 client (on Windows 7, using MAPI, configured automatically by Outlook). Suddenly I find that my old emails have disappeared, and the oldest email is a month old (both on the client and on outlook.com). My Outlook 2010 on the laptop is NOT set to archive old emails for this account. I need those emails!! Please help!!!
