Hi Microsoft

My main email account along with some of my gmail accounts & my Skype account all been hijacked. I have no clue how this happen as there's no spyware/virus threats found on my PC.

Only thing I can think of, this all started when a random person added me to skype and I accept. I said "Hi" and no reply. Few hours later my email accounts where hijacked.

I tried resetting password but the hacker, change all Info and enable 2-step verification. 

I contacted support and made a few tickets they all give me copy/paste answer. I got old of another forum of microsoft support, and this person help me reply to my ticket with Info to prove ownership and to let them know that I can reset my password.

I've gotten more replies today with copy/paste answer telling me to come here, I swear they didn't bother to read my reply with prove of ownership ETC.

Whats the point of making tickets regarding my Issue, If all I get Is copy/paste answer and forward to here.

Here Is my latest reply.

"Hi Escalation Team! I really need to have access on my account as soon as possible. I already submitted the validation form multiple times and this did not work for me as the two step verification is turned on. I can scanned a copy of my ID to prove my identity.  Also, I am attaching the latest response from the account validation team for your reference."

I am experiencing this issue for sometime now and still no resolution. Let me know what else you would need from me to help you manually validate my account so that I can provide it to you as soon as possible. I need this account very urgent. I have already reached Microsoft Account Chat Support Team and they are the one who advised me to Escalate my issue to your department. Please I need this urgent and thank you in advance."


Also, I like to apologize for my latest reply, as I didn't know that my last 3 emails from you guys were of different ID numbers.

Here Is their latest reply and they said the same thing past three replies.

To keep the hacker out of your account and ensure your contacts safety at the same time, I have blocked access to your account.  The block will stay in place until you recover your account through our account recovery website.

For the quickest resolution, please go to https://account.live.com/ .  From there, you can prove your account ownership, get a new password, and reactivate your account.

Please note that due to the nature of a compromised account and for your security, you need to pass the validation process for us to recover the account for you.

I'm sick and tried of this support I'm getting and I would like to get my problem solved ASAP.

I can upload my proof of ID If needed I also have the ticket ID number SRX1274472887ID
