I am unable to open my E-Mails.

When I click onto the Icon I see the following on the bottom right hand corner of the desk top.  Authorising. then the picture of a padlock then Working on line and where as it used to open in a few seconds it takes much longer before the following comes up.

When I attempt to open a box comes up headed Logon – Btinternet and the rest of my E-Mail address.  The box contains the following detail.

Please enter your user name and password for the following server.

Logon

Server mail.bvtinternet.com

User name

Password

Remember Password

OK Cancel

Each time I fill in the detail requested and press return the box disappears and then comes back and as many times as I do this it just carries on. 

What is strange is that I’m able to get onto a Web Page and to open and use BTYahoo.
