I'm using Windows Live Mail 2012 for a hotmail.com, live.com, yahoo.com and 2 gmail.com email accounts. Up until a few days ago all of these accounts were downloading perfectly.  Then, after emptying the trash in each of these accounts my live.com account was no longer updating (all the other accounts still function properly).  I don't get any error messages and I get a green checkmark next to the task when I do a "send/receive all email accounts".  I can still send mail from this account; however, they don't show up in the sent items folders.  When I go to the outlook.com webpage and sign into this account all my incoming and sent items appear as they should.  I've run wlarp.exe to repair the application but it didn't make any difference.  What can be causing this problem and how do I fix it?
