My windows live account / hotmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) is currently blocked. What happened was i forgot my password originally and tried others to get in, Doing so caused my account to be blocked due to the multiple tries to get access into it. I have tried many many times by filling out the survey and such. My old account (the one the email recovery is set to, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***) is no longer available for me to access. My phone number however is on the account  and i have used it to reset the password. My question is that is there anyway to unblock my account so i may have access to it again? Simply making a new one is not a option for me. Due to a game (dark souls prepare to die edition) is registered to it and i would like to actually play it. or at the very least, could you undo the cd code attached to the truinsane@hotmail account.
