my in box folder show 370 emails,it also tell me at the bottom of the page that have 1 of 13 page ,but i can not go to the next page,or to any other page , what is wrong

i need to be able to to the other pages in my inbox , why cant i access them . i have very important i need to access . can some  one help me out with this problem .
