I have been emailing support for 4-6 weeks and in total have sent 6-7 emails saying the same thing. This is my husbands account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, the email he used as his alternative he hasn't used for aeons and so when he went to use this, Microsoft advised that there was no such account.
HOW MANY TIMES ARE YOU GOING TO SEND A LINK FOR ME TO OPEN AND THEN WHEN I OPEN IT IT SAYS CSPAANDER IS NOT ALLOWED ACCESS!
He does not have a mobile phone, he is unemployed and needs to email people for work. I provided the llikely names of the people who would have been emailing him and the invoices for which he was charging people for his work before he became unemployed.
CAN YOU NOT JUST RESET THE LINK SO THAT HE CAN USE HIS EMAIL, HE HAS A FACEBOOK, YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THIS, WHAT IS GOING ON??????????
