Here is the situation

my original hotmail address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, I have proven several times since June 24th 2013 that I am the account holder and everytime I attempt to reset the password I either get locked out of it or it is reset again before I can access the account. I have been informed that for at least the last 12 or more hours that it has been spamming my contact list and the server, and that my other personal information that is held in this account through bills ect is at risk as is my identity for being stolen

I have contacted multiple agents and have been pointed here to post my issue and seek resolution. I have created a temporary email as per instruction.

I am highly concerned about my personal information being used to steal my identity and am hoping for swift resolution.

At this point I fear that the only solution may be to have it shut down, but I am hoping we can avoid that as I have been using it for ten years and all my bills ect are sent to it.
