I discovered that my hotmail email account has been hacked (due to people receiving spam emails from me).  I tried to go and change my password but found I no longer can get into my account.  I tried the reset password option but whoever hacked my account has also changed the settings for the email and cell phone that I can't use those options either.  I filled out the form and was told I did not provide enough information.  I tried that again and now have gotten no response.  I would appreciate any suggestions people might have.  Help!
