used to work fine, and now only get error that we cannot connect to server from iPhone4s, ios 6.1.3

I, like others can get it to work when I add a new mail account as "other" but there's no sync for contacts or calendar.

Please advise.  I see there were multiple users with similar issue, but no fix posted other than "we have reconfigured your account".  if that's the case, please reconfigure mine.
