Hi,

I hope someone can help me, I have been trying to get into my Hotmail account which I have had for many many years. When I try to log in or the matter of fact do anything else i.e.: change password etc. iI get the message back to say this account does not exists. I really need this account and I have been trying everything for the past 5 days. I have called  number twice which supposed to help you with your issues, the first time I called they said my laptop is full of viruses and wanted me to by security for a minimum of £200,  apparently mine wasn't good enough. I ave run a scan I had no viruses. I have just called this number again and the man has confirmed that I have been hacked but wanted £65+ to put it right.
If someone could contact me and help me retrieving my account I would really really appreciate it. The email I cant get into is: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
