It's so upsetting.  My account is totally messed up. The browser is Chrome.  I am being required EVERYDAY to verify an account--that I have had for 10 years.

But that's not the worst.

My hotmail is not registering new emails----not for hours. I  sent myself emails from my other accounts to test it and the emails are NOT showing up. This is my business account. It's important to answer in a timely manner and I am freaking out. 

Also when I send myself an email--it never appears in my inbox anymore, and it does not appear in my archive for sent emails under the same name. It just disappears. It's not even in the delete. It is how I track my own emails--and now that system is gone

What can I do short of changing accounts?
