I was locked out of my hotmail account after sending an invitation to all of my contacts. For some reason it kept saying that some one else was logged into my account. I tried reseting password and it didn't work, I also attempted to fill out an application several times to retrieve information and was given this link to ask in order to see if anyone can help. I tried contacting by phone but soon after came to find out that there is no customer service for hotmail that can be reached by phone. Can anyone please help on resetting my account so i can log in and retrieve my emails and information i have saved under individual folders that are very important. don't know what else to do and I have had that email address for over 15 years. Please Help!!!
