My Hotmail account was hacked and now I can’t login

I originally tried to login to my account, where I was informed that someone else was already in my account. I was then sent to the security section, however most of my security questions had been turned off except for my old mobile number (which I no longer have). So I had no way of resetting my password. I then fillled in the required form, however was told that I did not fill in enough info 

"Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your ownership of this account using the information you provided. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of your personal information very seriously, and we are committed to protecting the personal information of customers."

My problem is that is all of the info I have. I never created folders, I don't remember who I have emailed recently, and I don't remember the subjects of my emails (I never assumed I needed to memorise this info, as I thought I would have it in my email).

I have never had a problem with my account prior to the outlook merge.

I have been using Hotmail since 2000, and have a lot of very important stuff in there (e.g. I have tax, payslips, booked flight details, online orders, jobs etc.)

I really need access to this email
