I don't have access to my other hotmail account anymore that I made years ago. I don't remember the specific information that I used or if it was changed by the hacker. I'm trying to get in touch with an old friend who was on the contact list and is very dear to me. I've already tried the password reset form and apparently there was not enough information. If you need I can send a photocopy of my ID to prove that it is indeed my account. I've tried every option I can from my end, the phone number I used back then is obviously different now as well.
