As the title says, when I sign into hotmail or Outlook I am redirected to search.ask.com.   This happens within 30 seconds of opening my email account. 

I have  removed the Ask toolbars from Firefox and IE and run the following programs:

1.Kaspersky TDSSKiller

2. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

3. HitmanPro

4. AdwCleaner

5. Junkware Removal Tool

6 ESET Online Scanner

7 emsisoft  emergency kit

and I still have the same problem.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.
