My Hotmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) has been hacked or it seems that it has and my account has been closed. I have filled out everything asked to the best of my ability but I don't remember everything and phone numbers and e-mail addresses I originally provided no longer exist.  I really need to access this account because there are important documents that I must have. I just accepted a new job and the employers contact numbers and airline tickets (my job is in an other province) are in this account. Please help me unlock it.
