Dear sir/ madamme,

My Hotmail account is hacked for more than one week, somebody is now sending messages asking for loan to my mail list (including my boss)! Even worst, my password was changed as well.

I have post this question before and was advised to fill a form to reset my password. I guarantee I have filled this form for more than 5 times and I got messages again and again saying " because I turned on 2 way verification so my request was ignored!!". Would anybody please help me!!
