My hotmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) which I was using for last 15 years was hacked last week and subsequently blocked by Hotmail team. I got it unblocked by providing response to additional queries i.e. subject line of my previously sent mails, e-mail addresses of persons whom I sent last few mails, alternate e-mail address etc and I got link to reset password. Subsequently, I logged in and changed my password. However, unfortunately I forgot to write down the password and since it was a complicated password I have forgot it now and my account has been again blocked. I tried resetting my account by providing responses to queries being asked in the assistance page and I got following response from hotmail team :
