I have a hotmail account that I have had for many years.  I got an iPhone 4 1/3/2012.  I have accessed my hotmail account for 19 months with no problem.  Yesterday morning (8/15/2013) when I checked my hotmail email on my iPhone, it only had my emails with the most recent one being the day I got the phone (1/3/2012).  On my computer, my hotmail account is fine, updating as emails come in.  But on my iPhone, it is stuck at 1/3/2012 and is not updating/syncing at all.  I get an error message saying "cannot get mail.  Connection to server has failed."  I have tried deleting the hotmail account off my phone and then adding it, but it goes right back to being stuck at 1/3/2012.  My other email account (gmail) seems to be working fine.  I'm not sure what to do.  Thank you.
