I cannot access my Hotmail account, it said my password had been changed.  I did not change it.  And now it will not allow me in.  I think I have been spammed.   I have filled in the form for Microsoft help which has been rejected twice.   I do not know what to do next.  It is imperative I get my email account back.    What can I do?   Please help
