I've had a Hotmail account for many years... I have a lot of contacts and have saved valuable information in folders in my email. I've tried to change the password and when it asks me security questions, it tells me I'm wrong or tries to send links to a email address that I have no idea what the password is or even what the user id is. Can anyone help? I really want to call Microsoft but can't seem to find any contact information. I've tried everything that I can think of... could someone help?
