Two days ago I tried to access my hotmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and a message came up that the account had been temporarily blocked as it appeared someone else was using it.  I followed all the instructions and gave an alternative email account. An issue number was sent stating that they would look into the problem and update me. This didn't happen so I submitted the questionnaire again, tried to reset the password and tried again to get into the account. A message came up saying I had tried too many times and that I had to wait 24 hours  to try again.

I submitted a new questionnaire today and the reply came back that I had not given them enough information to verify that it was my account.

(I dont send many emails, can't remember any emails addresses, cant remember the subject matter of any emails etc. etc.) HELP!! I then tried again and I got an email telling me to open another account (which I did) and that they could add contacts from other accounts. When I tried to do this I discovered you need to sign into the blecked account to do this grrrrr! I am expecting an email invoice for some equipment for my child's birthday and am desperate. Please please please help me before I go mad!
