My Hotmail account has been attacked and my password has been changed by an outside party. For 2 weeks I have requested help. I have completed 3 proof of identity forms. I have phoned the help desk 4 times. 3 Times I have waited the 3 business days wait period for a response, but still no response. I am a small business and this block on my emails is crippling me. How do I get Hotmail to respond to my request for help?
