Since August 24, at around 4:00 PM US Central Time, my primary Hotmail account hasn't been receiving any e-mails. I've sent e-mails from my other accounts, had friends send e-mails to those accounts - none of them showed up. My ability to send e-mails
hasn't been affected.
Interestingly, my second Hotmail account (an older account I barely use anymore) can receive e-mails just fine, which suggests that the issue is with my primary e-mail account in particular rather than hotmail in general.
Given that this is my primary for work and personal business, I would appreciate a speedy resolution - or, at least, some indication of how long it would take to fix the problem.
Edit: Since I posted this question, at around 9:15 PM CST, my inbox seems to be working properly (in the sense that it suddenly got flooded with two days with of e-mails). If the error comes up again, I'll be sure to post agian.
