I could not access to my hotmail... all my requests have been delined.

Thing started yesterday , I suspected that my account  *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has been hacked, so I attempted changing my password yesterday, however, the system blocked it and asked me to reset my password... I couldn't got a code from a provided e-mail address becasue this address is no longer active.  Then I spent a quite amount of time to filled out a request form four times for verification.  However, I got all delined.  I even could not log into that page now. 

I'm very depressed and frustrated becasue I have been useing this email address for 10 years, a lot of important emails and contacts are there.  Could you please please help me to get it back! Your help is much appreciated.
