My hotmail account as been upgraded automatically to outlook. Now my account won’t log off when I shut down my computer as it did before the upgrade?

My hotmail account as been upgraded automatically to outlook. Now my hotmail account won't log off when I shut down my computer as it was all  ok before the auto upgrade grrrrrrrrr.
