My Hot mail acct has been hacked. I am asked for a password to access it but I do not want to do that for fear that the information in my account will be used improperly. I cannot access my mail nor my contacts and their addresses. I was given a number
to call 855 887 4669 where I talked to 'Mary'. She said for $ 189 she would reopen my hot mail account and fix the hacking problem. Then I called them back and talked to Shane, employee id # AF 1101, extension
# 321, who said he was ' level 3' and knew about my call to ' Mary' who was 'level 1'. He told me the same thing pay $ 189 and it will be fixed. I called Microsoft and they told me I did not have to do that. They sent me an e mail about the forum which was
supposed to provide me with the information to fix the problem but I do not see that information anywhere. Is there a microsoft engineer out there who can help me? Are thee other steps that I can take.?
