I just got this desktop, and the headset is brand new. When I call someone on skype, they can hear me, but I can't hear them. When I go onto things like YouTube, I can hear things just fine,  so it only doesn't work on skype. I checked the way it's plugged in a million times. After I fixed it by changing where the sound goes, my mic starts crackling like crazy. So if I can't hear the skype audio, my mic is just fine, but if I can hear them, my mic is crackling like crazy. What do I do?
