My Grandma has had trouble with her email application, Windows Live Mail, since yesterday. We just recently found out that it displays the message "Something Unexpected Happened and Windows Live Mail must close." Since we found out, we started using a web browser to access the email, but we want to know how to fix Windows Live Mail since the web browser variant is cumbersome. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (As a side note, I put this in the category of Program Performance since I didn't know where else to put it.)
