I've now spent a good few hours on this and just completed my third questionnaire to recover my account because the last two didn't have enough info- credit card information wasn't enough. All I want is to be able to use the Xbox live and Netflix I'm paying
for.
Is there anything else I can do or do I need to lose my gamer score, month's subscription and build a new one cause if it comes to that I'll probably just buy a PS3.
