My friend's Microsoft account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***), suddenly disappeared (meaning, when he logs in it says that account doesn't exist anymore) two weeks ago. We are aware that an account is removed after 270 days of inactivity or so, but that is impossible because he is using that account to log in to his Windows 8 system.

Right now, he can log in to his Microsoft Account in his Windows 8 desktop, but he could no longer synchronize, and he could no longer access his SkyDrive account which contains some of his important files.

He needs his account back, please help us. Thank you.
