Two days ago my friend email account was hacked. And started to send spam emails to all contact list. In addition the hacker also changed the password, secret question and the alternative email. 

My friend lost his account his contacts and his private documents and data ... And this was his working email account containing his passport and other important stuff ...

Please please help me to help him get his account back
