Hi I noticed that I was missing folders after my msn/hotmail account got moved over to outlook.com. I tried contacting someone for this but after getting nowhere I decided to just give up. Well now I'm trying again because I have information in those folders that are really important to me that I need because of recent events in my life. I had the emails backed up locally but due to a bad hard drive I am without those emails. I called support and they emailed me a link to post to but the thread was immediately closed and I was told to create my own thread. Any help would be extremely appreciated.
