I have been plagued by periodic freeze ups.  Unit just tops working.  Web page fades and stays that way.  Event viewer suggests that Skydrive is the cause of the failure.  This common or not.  What do I do?  Reinstall?

I am Microsoft 365 user so this is pretty important!
