I just switched to outlook because I have not been able to get in to anything in my Hotmail account today. I am in the middle of a very important and extremely time sensitive business that I need access to all of my Hotmail e-mails and files to complete.
HELP! How do I get them back asap? I have found numerous messages today that indicate that the switchover is in process and that there are continued delays.
PLEASE send me info on how to resolve these issues right away!

Hi Sunil. I am hoping you are someone else reading this is my contact person for help with this issue. Unfortunately, the potential difficulties/resolves that you have listed are not helpful to me. Some of my e-mails were older than 365 days but I have
been actively using my Hotmail account.
Is there someone that I can talk directly to to help resolve this? Is there someone that can look at my account and analyze the problem and help me with the steps of the resolve?
I have to get this fixed right away.
To answer the above questions:
- I wasn't intentionally "switching" the account but was trying to open another source of communication after a day and a half that I wasn't able to get into my account.
- Data was not available for approximately a day and a half before I tried to open a new account.
- I do not believe I click on a link prior to the problem occurring.
- I did not try to deactivate or downgrade to Hotmail before the issue occurred.
