Has anyone got a clue as to what is happening as at present it is just useless. I don't know if it is a setting that has got changed or what. I am not very computer savvy but can't put up with having to refresh to even get one email and can't send it just says on sending. Sometimes it comes up withca't connect to outlook and if you retry it will come up but then goes back to old ways
