I've got 2 email address in the same situation. It keeps telling me to verfy the account and won't let me log in.
I've tried resetting the password but it ask me to go through the verification process which i did for many times more than 5 times.
then they say " Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your ownership of this account using the information you provided. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of your personal information very seriously, and we are
committed to protecting the personal information of customers."
I understand the company's concern on privacy issues , but is there anything i can do to get it back.
The account is definitely mine and probably some of the questions i have forgotten because it was opened for more than 10 years and one of them was over more than 3 years.
these are the issue numbers and my email address which have been locked.

I can remember what emails i have sent out and previous passwords that i have used.
Can you do anything about it.??
