My email got hacked and I need a code due to the fact that I can’t remember any of the information I used when signing up

This past week my email has gotten hacked and I would reset it using the form, but I made my email years ago and being younger I had used all random information. Now I can't get access to my email and it has all important things (Work schedules, work emails, ticket information, credit card numbers and very case sensitive things). 
I really need to get in to it and I've been trying all week to fill out this stupid form and am getting seriously frustrated because it is very important for me to get in my email. Please, someone email me at my temporary email address that I am using currently *** Email address is removed for privacy *** 
I NEED TO GET ON MY EMAIL.
