then when i tried to login it said my hotmail was login by another one and ask for the answer of security qs. 

As i cant answer it correctly,i tried to fill in the forms for several times but they said information not enough and suggest me open another new account. however,my account has been used for almost 15 years and many important info inside. 

i am so depressed now. could any one help me to solve the problem ? i really wanna get my account back.
