My email account got hacked a while ago and all my emails and contacts got deleted. I recovered some of the emails from the deleted messages folder, then my account got hacked again and everything was deleted once again. After that I was unable to recover any of my past emails.

I reset my password and security question but I need to recover the past emails that got deleted as there is a lot of important information stored.

Does outlook have some sort of external hard drive that stores all emails?
