including hotmail acccount. i kept on retrieving the password and it kept on getting changed. i had my mobile number also on it and it got changed.

i have tried reseting my password through the recovery process that is told my hotmail staff.

it requires few question that i am not able to answer. 

i have tried doing that many times and i have received a email yesterday from hotmail saying that there have been many attempts for recovering the password. we suggest you to make a new hotmail account its easy. ofcourse i know its easy. but i need to get access back to me.

i do not wish that my account be used for any spam or anything

plus its a very old account.

all my important places have that email stored with them.

i need to be in contact with someone from hotmail staff who can help me with this.
