This is the second time this year that someone has used my Hotmail account to send spam emails to pretty much anyone I have ever contacted using that account.  I don't want to shut down my Hotmail account, but I will if I can start afresh and not have to deal with this problem anymore.  I've already changed my password several times in response to this and I have Norton 360 running on my computer.  Please advise as to what I should do next.
