Long story short, I made a .dot.net email address 2-3 years ago with livemail, and have since made it my primary email with links to all of my online accounts. Now there seems to be an issue; the email has just simply stopped receiving email to the inbox, this started mid dec and has not changed. My inbox is frozenon the emails I received the first two weeks of Dec. I have even tried sending myself emails, but nothing goes through. I know of several email that I expected in my inbox, however they did not show either. Even most marketing and advertisement emails have stopped.
As a result I have missed some very important emails, including payment details and confirmation emails over the past 3 months and have had some severe inconvenience, resulting in having to create a new live address and re linking many of my online accounts . I have tried everything from emptying my inbox and other folders including junk and deleted folders, checking my filters, checking email forwarding ,changing my password, checking recent IPs that have had access and just about everything else but nothing works, it seems as though my account has just been turned off and no longer accepts incoming mail. I have contacted customer support several times but have since been directed here. I hope I can get some help on here as my .dot.net email was really an ideal email id and I'd very much like to keep it as my primary email address.
