My daughters hotmail account has been hacked and she has filled in numerous recovery forms but has been told every time that she hasnt provided enough information. She has also tried to SMS code recovery but was never sent the code. The hacker has changed her password and who knows how many other settings on her account, they are also sending emails with attachments to her contacts. Is there anyone that could help her get her account back? she is at her wits end!
