Hi - my daughter is locked out of her email account, having forgotten the password. She's filled in the account recovery form several times but never to your satisfaction. The first time (I think) she did this she was given a ref nr 79812417. Could you look into this? I do have some emails from her in my own email box if that helps establish ownership.
