I installed the newest windows 10 update maybe a month ago. And at first nothing was different, but lately my computer has been taking ages to turn off when i click shut down. Im talking 20 minutes with it just sitting there, i can hear it on and see the lights but the screen is black. Ive been forced to press and hold the power button in order to turn it off. Ive already checked the back round programs and i have nothing going when i turn off my computer, i dont know what exactly happened but any help is appreciated.
