About 2 months ago my computer said it didn't recognize me. Nothing I do has worked. I set up a new account but don't get a code from Microsoft. I can't get into any of my password accounts because my computer had them saved and they want to use my email account to reset it. On top of that I have a new phone number. Please help me.
