I just got a new laptop with Windows 8. Under the User Account folder, there was a "trust this computer" option. When I decided to take that offer, I was guided to a verification page which had a telephone number from years ago which is no longer active. I changed the number, received a verification code by text, then discovered, apparently, that I would not be able to access my account for 30 days from today. I cannot log into my email account and I am expecting some very important emails. I normally check them multiple times throughout any given day. Does anyone know of any option I have that would allow me to access my emails now? 30 days is just unacceptable and will cause me serious grief. Please help. I'll check on this often.
